Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping Processing Times
All orders are processed within an estimated 2 to 3 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In the event that SMART RINGS experiences a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by several days. In these cases, please allow additional days for the transit and delivery of your order. If extraordinary situations arise that may cause a significant delay in the shipment of your order, SMART RINGS will contact you via the phone number or email address provided.
Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping rates for your orders will be calculated and displayed in the Payment section of your product. Next-day delivery is only available for orders with addresses within the United States.
Occasionally, delivery delays may occur.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirming your shipment as soon as your order has been shipped. This email will include your tracking number. The tracking number will appear in the shipping carrier's system within the next 24 business hours.
Indemnities
SMART RINGS is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and document any damage with photos or videos to support your claim.
